Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning and machine learning pipelines optimized for high-performance computing.
- Lead the integration of quantum computing algorithms into existing AI frameworks to solve complex optimization problems.
- Define the technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure system security, data privacy, and ethical AI practices are paramount in all designs.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Extensive experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of quantum computing concepts (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
