Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical strategy for our AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data and high-throughput inference workloads.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs) and computer vision architectures for production environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, security experts, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex transitions.
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize performance at scale.
