Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure, focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural network optimization for the 2026 timeline.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to define technical strategies and product roadmaps aligned with future market trends.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of proprietary AI models, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing software ecosystems and cloud environments.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI architecture and machine learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
