Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical architecture for enterprise-wide AI initiatives targeting the 2026 market landscape.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable machine learning pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to ensure AI solutions are ethical, compliant, and aligned with business goals.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Research emerging trends in Generative AI and Deep Learning to integrate into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven experience leading high-availability systems and complex technical projects.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
