Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, large-scale AI and Machine Learning systems capable of processing exabytes of data.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance with evolving global regulations.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, security, and research teams to integrate advanced technologies into commercial products.
- Innovation Labs: Spearhead POCs (Proof of Concepts) for cutting-edge technologies like Neural Interfaces and Autonomous Agents.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML Architecture and Strategic Planning.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related STEM field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and distributed systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level vision into actionable technical specifications and timelines.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
