Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and AI architectures.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and optimize inference performance for production environments.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new algorithms and technologies to improve product capabilities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Production Support: Monitor model health, troubleshoot edge cases, and ensure high availability of AI services.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying successful models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of MLOps, data engineering, and distributed systems.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
