Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI models for the 2026 Systems Initiative, focusing on predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver robust technical solutions.
- Define the technical roadmap for future AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI by implementing rigorous testing and fairness protocols.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
