Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for Large Language Models (LLMs) tailored for 2026 workloads.
- Lead Research Initiatives: Spearhead research into multimodal AI, reasoning models, and generative synthetic data.
- Optimize Performance: Engineer high-performance inference systems ensuring low latency and high throughput for real-time applications.
- AI Safety & Ethics: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring robust guardrails against hallucinations and bias.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Generative AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and Kubernetes.
