Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable distributed machine learning pipelines designed for the 2026 computing landscape.
- Lead the technical strategy for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal AI agents.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput using edge computing and model quantization techniques.
- Define and enforce architectural best practices, security standards, and data governance policies.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the technical vision of the AI research team.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience designing systems that handle billions of requests with sub-millisecond latency.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Neural Architecture Search.
