Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems, focusing on performance and efficiency.
- Lead the research and development of Agentic AI models capable of complex decision-making and autonomous execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Establish best practices for model training, validation, and deployment in production environments.
- Ensure AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Proven experience designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI solutions.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
