Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct research into next-generation AI architectures, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Technical Roadmapping: Define the long-term technical strategy for the AI department, ensuring alignment with the company's vision for 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex research into production-ready features.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration technologies.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of working with transformer models, NLP, or computer vision algorithms.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
