Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable distributed systems for Large Language Models (LLMs) and predictive analytics platforms.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements, reduce latency, and optimize compute costs for high-volume data processing.
- Technology Roadmapping: Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready architectures, Edge AI) to prepare our stack for 2026 and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI requirements into technical blueprints.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish best practices for AI engineering, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols ensuring data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- System Design: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems and lead them to resolution.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical stakeholder management.
