Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI/ML infrastructure tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI agents.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI ethics, governance, and model safety.
- Mentor and coach a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in Machine Learning Engineering or AI Architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production at scale using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
