Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize inference pipelines for real-time latency and high throughput.
- Lead the ethical AI strategy, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in model outputs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into core product ecosystems.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art advancements in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping complex AI products to production environments.
