Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of intelligence?
Nexus Horizon AI is on a mission to define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead the development of next-generation generative models and autonomous systems. If you thrive in ambiguity and are passionate about solving humanity's hardest problems with code, this is your opportunity to leave a legacy.
As part of our elite '2026 Roadmap' team, you will not just build software; you will define the ethical standards and technical benchmarks for the decade to come.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-Ready AI Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead Model Evolution: Spearhead the transition from current LLMs to AGI-aligned models, focusing on reasoning, multi-modal capabilities, and long-term context retention.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for our proprietary neural networks, ensuring compatibility with emerging hardware standards (e.g., Quantum-ready architectures).
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and data scientists to push the boundaries of what is possible.
- R&D Innovation: Experiment with cutting-edge research papers (Transformer variants, Diffusion models) to integrate into production environments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and legal teams to ensure AI deployments adhere to the highest ethical and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Proven track record of deploying models at scale.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to research and implement bleeding-edge technologies (e.g., Neural Architecture Search, Federated Learning).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, undefined technical challenges.
- Communication: Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
