Core Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable AI architectures for autonomous agents and predictive systems.
• Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into core product workflows.
• Optimize deep learning models for high-performance edge deployment and real-time inference.
• Define technical roadmaps and best practices for MLOps and data governance.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and engineers in advanced AI engineering concepts.

Qualifications:

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering or Applied AI Research.
• Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and reinforcement learning.
• Proven track record of delivering complex AI systems in production environments.
