Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant pipelines for AI agents and autonomous systems.
- Design advanced reinforcement learning frameworks to optimize agent autonomy and safety.
- Collaborate closely with data science teams to fine-tune proprietary LLMs and transformer models.
- Ensure system-level interpretability, ethical compliance, and robust error handling in production.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers in best practices for machine learning engineering.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing machine learning systems at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in high-traffic production environments.
