Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale machine learning infrastructure.
- Develop and optimize deep learning algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including model deployment, monitoring, and retraining pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research to identify and integrate emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
