Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models and neural networks optimized for the 2026 tech stack.
- Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Machine Learning, and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Ethics) to define the roadmap for our next-gen platform.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize data pipelines for real-time inference and high-volume processing.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict security and privacy standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
