Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed to handle the data loads and processing requirements of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 initiative, ensuring our AI models are compliant with upcoming regulatory standards and ethical frameworks.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of deep learning models to enhance efficiency, reduce latency, and improve user engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate abstract 2026 visions into concrete technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops on the latest AI advancements.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines to ensure responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think several steps ahead and anticipate how emerging trends will impact system architecture by 2026.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
