Your Mission
As our Senior AI Architect, you will be responsible for the architectural design and implementation of our flagship systems. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-ready software, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and scalable for the demands of the future.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and integration of next-generation models (LLMs, Multimodal AI).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and product strategies.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical compliance in all AI deployments.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects from concept to deployment.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Model fine-tuning.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
