Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the architectural design for the 2026 AI roadmap, identifying key technology shifts and integration points.
- Model Development: Spearhead the development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Architecture: Design robust, distributed cloud-native systems capable of handling high-throughput data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep research into emerging AI paradigms to ensure Apex Future Systems remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies for executive stakeholders and product teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps frameworks.
- 2026 Readiness: Demonstrated experience with next-gen technologies, including Quantum Computing interfaces or Neuromorphic engineering concepts.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical visions to non-technical audiences and cross-functional teams.
