Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models and architectures for our core 2026 product suite.
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Generative AI and Autonomous Agent technologies.
- Optimize deep learning models for inference speed and accuracy in real-time production environments.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, data privacy, and model interpretability.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Design to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and Deep Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
