Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling next-gen generative models and autonomous agents.
- System Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems, from research prototyping to production deployment, ensuring high performance and low latency.
- Strategic Vision: Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, identifying emerging technologies like Neuromorphic Computing or Quantum AI integration.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead architectural reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists to maintain high code quality and best practices.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, bias mitigation standards, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Distributed Systems with a focus on LLMs (Large Language Models).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability systems and microservices architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
