Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the deployment of next-generation AI infrastructure designed for 2026 scalability standards and quantum readiness.
- Lead the technical vision for integrating generative AI models with legacy enterprise systems to enhance productivity.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and deliver high-impact features on time.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance across all cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is a strong plus.
