Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Lead the research and implementation of autonomous AI agents capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Optimize model inference for real-time, low-latency applications in high-traffic environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate technical roadmap into tangible business value.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, preferably with a focus on generative models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, fine-tuning techniques, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
