Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AGI and Neural Interfaces.
- Lead the architecture design for distributed quantum-enhanced machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with quantum physicists to integrate quantum algorithms into classical neural networks.
- Establish robust frameworks for AI safety, alignment, and ethical decision-making.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Drive innovation in real-time human-computer interaction (HCI) and gesture recognition.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade AI systems.
