Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning architectures capable of handling real-time data streams and complex predictive modeling.
- Lead Strategic R&D: Spearhead research initiatives focused on emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 market landscape, including Generative AI 3.0 and Edge Computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into robust architectural blueprints.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops on advanced AI methodologies.
- Optimization & Performance: Continuously monitor and optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Security Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML architecture and deployment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Apache Spark) is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and define technical roadmaps that align with business goals.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
