Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen ML Pipelines: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Optimize LLM Inference: Enhance the speed and cost-efficiency of Large Language Model deployments using advanced quantization and model distillation techniques.
- Pioneering Agentic AI: Develop core logic for autonomous AI agents that can plan, reason, and execute complex multi-step tasks independently.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement rigorous bias detection and fairness protocols to ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate complex technical requirements into cutting-edge solutions.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 2 years leading complex AI initiatives.
- Core Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern data structures.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices.
- Future-Ready Tech: Experience with Rust, WebGPU, or Edge AI deployment is a significant plus.
