Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure capable of handling exascale data workloads.
- Lead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI model deployment, optimization, and inference speed.
- Mentor a team of talented data scientists and machine learning engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data privacy compliance, and model explainability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of neural networks, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
