Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams for 2026 readiness.
- Lead Research & Development: Drive research in Large Language Models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning, and multimodal AI to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Optimize Inference Pipelines: Engineer high-performance models that minimize latency and maximize throughput for real-time applications.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with Product Teams: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable roadmaps that align with business objectives and future market needs.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Implement robust governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and safe for deployment at scale.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture and model training.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern C++ for performance optimization.
- AI Expertise: Extensive experience with LLM fine-tuning (PEFT, LoRA), RAG architectures, and vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
