Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for large-scale enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge LLMs and Generative AI models to enhance product capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists on AI architecture patterns.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on advancements relevant to the 2026 tech horizon.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying end-to-end AI solutions in production environments.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agentic AI workflows and Multi-Agent systems is a significant plus.
