- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product lines.
- Mentor senior engineers and define best practices for AI safety and ethics.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as quantum-ready algorithms and neuromorphic computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI systems at scale.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
