Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core AI infrastructure roadmap for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Lead the research and development of advanced Generative AI models, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Architect scalable distributed systems capable of handling real-time data processing at global scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, ethics) to ensure AI solutions align with business goals and ethical standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Neuromorphic computing and Quantum AI integration.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and major deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Strong understanding of distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Experience with ethical AI practices, bias mitigation, and explainable AI (XAI).
