Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures capable of handling billions of data points in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Reinforcement Learning environments.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the full lifecycle of ML models, from prototyping in Jupyter to production deployment via Kubernetes and MLOps pipelines.
- Ethical AI Oversight: Ensure all deployed models adhere to rigorous ethical standards, bias mitigation protocols, and regulatory compliance (GDPR/CCPA).
- Tech Stack Evangelism: Mentor engineering teams, conduct code reviews, and establish technical best practices for AI development.
- Strategic Vision: Translate high-level business goals into concrete AI technical roadmaps that drive competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead capacity.
- Technical Mastery: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record of working with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI models.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
