Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Solutions: Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks optimized for high-performance computing environments.
- Strategic R&D Leadership: Lead the research direction for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Architecture Search, and Quantum-Ready Algorithms.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models into cloud-native architectures, ensuring seamless interoperability across distributed systems.
- Mentorship & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting technical workshops to upskill the engineering team.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI deployments adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation protocols, and data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA).
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years in machine learning and AI architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Apache Spark).
- Advanced Degrees: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-scale production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
