Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable AI architectures using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead research and implementation of advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency for high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate cutting-edge AI capabilities into consumer-facing applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and model governance.
- Conduct exploratory research on emerging LLM paradigms to keep our stack ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade Machine Learning models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
