Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for next-gen Generative AI applications.
- LLM Strategy: Lead the development and fine-tuning of Large Language Models to drive business intelligence and automation.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI trends (2026 roadmap) including Multimodal AI, Autonomous Agents, and Neural Symbolic computing.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of talented data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Compliance: Ensure AI models adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy laws, and bias mitigation standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong background in cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex algorithmic challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for stakeholders.
