Responsibilities
- Design and architect high-performance systems for large-scale generative AI models.
- Optimize inference pipelines and reduce latency for real-time AI applications.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define technical roadmaps for 2026-ready features.
- Ensure AI models are fair, transparent, and aligned with safety guidelines.
- Research and prototype novel architectures, including RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuning strategies.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for machine learning engineering.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Proven track record of working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and transformer architectures.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of data engineering, ETL processes, and vector databases.
