Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical vision and architectural strategy for Project 2026, focusing on scalable AI infrastructure and next-gen neural networks.
- Lead a high-performance team of ML engineers and data scientists to design, implement, and optimize deep learning algorithms.
- Oversee the integration of Quantum Computing principles with classical AI models to enhance processing power.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI deployment across the organization.
- Collaborate with product management and cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews, performance tuning, and system stress-testing to ensure 99.99% uptime for critical AI agents.
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Cloud Mastery: Extensive experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically utilizing Kubernetes and serverless architectures.
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying large-scale Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision models in production environments.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve novel engineering challenges in fast-paced, startup environments.
