Responsibilities
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the high-level architecture and technical strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
- System Design: Design and implement complex machine learning pipelines and distributed computing systems capable of handling massive datasets in real-time.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research and prototype new algorithms, translating academic concepts into practical, deployable solutions.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of talented engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on machine learning and deep learning systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks; experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
