Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 neural engine, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to optimize deep learning models for real-time inference and low latency.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous research and prototyping to evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to 2026 tech stacks.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of distributed computing systems.
- Strong experience designing and deploying large-scale language models or generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
