Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI and Machine Learning architectures for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead the research and development of proprietary deep learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product lines.
- Optimize existing neural networks for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 roadmap.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and compliance in all AI implementations.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 8+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience designing cloud-native AI solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines and model deployment strategies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
