Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale machine learning models.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from research to production deployment.
- Establish best practices for data engineering, model training, and MLOps.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with LLMs, NLP, and Vector Databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing engineering teams.
