Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning frameworks designed for high-velocity data streams.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-generation neural network models for predictive maintenance and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into products.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical reviews to ensure code quality and architectural integrity.
- Optimize existing algorithms for latency reduction and improved inference speed.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative features for Project 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in statistical modeling and big data processing technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
