Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI models and distributed computing systems for Project 2026.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel deep learning algorithms and neural network architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards and best practices for AI engineering.
- Optimize model inference speed and resource efficiency using advanced hardware acceleration techniques (GPUs/TPUs).
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, including LLMs, Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA.
- Experience designing systems for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or shipping production-level AI products.
