Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of next-generation Generative AI models for the Project 2026 rollout.
- Define and implement the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with 2026 business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Ensure system scalability and performance optimization for high-traffic applications.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to keep the Project 2026 initiative ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
