Your Impact:
As a Senior AI Architect, you will lead the technical strategy for our flagship AI product, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and product managers to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, distributed systems for AI model training and inference pipelines.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in model compression, quantization, and fine-tuning to enhance performance and reduce latency.
- Agentic Systems: Design the logic and workflows for autonomous AI agents, ensuring robust decision-making capabilities.
- Infrastructure: Oversee the deployment of models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) using containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- R&D: Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI and implement new techniques to improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Rust or Go is a plus.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies.
- AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
