Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI architectures for Project 2026, focusing on edge computing and distributed systems.
- Technology Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, evaluating and selecting cutting-edge tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and emerging quantum computing frameworks.
- System Optimization: Drive performance tuning and optimization of large-scale machine learning models, ensuring latency and throughput meet enterprise standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Talent Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the engineering team.
- R&D Leadership: Stay at the forefront of industry trends, experimenting with novel approaches to AI and machine learning to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and CUDA. Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Modeling: Proven track record of deploying production-grade models (NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning) that handle millions of requests.
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and their potential application in hybrid classical-quantum algorithms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
