Responsibilities
- Lead the Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance AI systems that define the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Advanced Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of cutting-edge Machine Learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Quantum-Ready Infrastructure: Build cloud architectures that are future-proof, capable of integrating with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex AI concepts into robust software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, optimize, and refine AI models to ensure sub-millisecond latency and maximum accuracy.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance culture by mentoring junior engineers and establishing best practices for AI engineering.
- Strategic Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and evaluate new technologies to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years specifically in designing and deploying AI/ML systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex, fault-tolerant systems at scale.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous problems and devise innovative technical solutions.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty) are a plus.
